The Francophone League of Young Masters (FLYM) program is the product of a series of scientific and academic programs, such as the League of Young Masters (LYM) and the African League of Young Masters (ALYM), that have been held at the BA over the years.

The Program targets Egyptian and foreign Francophone youth living in Egypt. It aims to raise their awareness of pressing issues and encourage them to become committed and active young people by actively participating in building a better future for their country. This will be achieved through training programs and discussion sessions that will be held twice a month about five main topics: soft skills, environmental issues, exchanging ideas and experiences, finding solutions for overpopulation, and designing projects for sustainable development.
