The BA Antiquities Museum and the Zahi Hawass Center of Egyptology are organizing a lecture entitled “Social Heritage of Ancient Egyptian Civilization in Our Contemporary Society”, on Monday, 12 June 2023, at 1:30 pm, in the Fourth Floor Floating Room (F4), BA Main Building.
The lecture will be delivered by Prof. Gamal El-Din Abdel-Razeq, Professor of Ancient Egyptian Language, Tourism Guidance Department, Faculty of Tourism and Hotels, Alexandria University. It will examine the effects of the ancient Egyptian civilization on contemporary Egyptian society, represented by customs and traditions, as well as words and terms that are derived from the ancient Egyptian language.
