Documentaries at the BA on the Occasion of the 60th Anniversary of Cannes Film Festival

The BA Arts Center is organizing on Sunday, 6 May 2007, May Short Films Forum entitled "60th Anniversary of Cannes Film Festival", on the occasion of the 60th session of Cannes Film Festival, as the largest international gathering of cinema makers around the world.
The Arts Center will present the French documentary The Great Moments of Cannes, Directed by Jill Guillermo, 1997, 45 min, followed by Syrian documentary Arab Moments at Cannes, Directed by Hala Mohammed, 1992, 125 min.
It is worth mentioning that the 60th session of Cannes Festival will start on 16 May 2007. The First Cannes Film Festival started on 20 September 1946, as the first cultural event organized following the Second World War.
The shows will start at 20:00 hrs. at the BA Auditorium.
