Posted on

Alexandria— The BA Calligraphy Center, in cooperation with the Children's and Young Peoples' Libraries, will organize Hieroglyphic courses to children (ages 9-14).

Dr. Khaled Azab, Deputy Director, Calligraphy Center, stated that the Hieroglyphic course creates an archeological awareness among children through teaching them the ancient Egyptian language as well as various topics on Archeology. He added that the Center will give the children who will complete the course a certificate of completion.

The course will start in July 2007, under the supervision of Sherene Ramadan, Researcher in the Calligraphy Center, on Mondays and Thursdays from 14:30 hrs. to 16:00 hrs.
