Teaching Hieroglyphics to Children

Posted on

Alexandria— The BA Calligraphy Center, in cooperation with the Alexandria National Museum, is organizing a workshop for teaching Hieroglyphics to children aged 9 to 14, during the mid year vacation at the Alexandria National Museum.

This event stems from the BA’s belief in the importance of the educational and cultural role of museums, and how education contributes to raise archeological awareness among different generations. In addition to refining children’s knowledge, and attracting different groups to learn more about many aspects of civilization and the ancient Egyptian language.
