The Sixth Edition of the Creative Forum for Independent Theater Groups at the BA

Alexandria—The BA Arts Center is organizing the Creative Forum for Independent Theatre Groups (Sixth Edition) from 1 February to 11 February 2009. Dr. Mahmoud Aboudoma, Forum Director, stated that this year’s edition has a new aura, in which transformation in quality and integration between its various programs are highlighted. The Forum, held in the historic city of Alexandria, is a space for artists in which there is no place for formalities.
Aboudoma added that the Forum aims at achieving an interdisciplinary approach in which creativity, education, dialogue, knowledge, publications, translation and building joint projects are blended together. It is, therefore, the means to shed lights on the importance of cultural diversity and knowledge exchange.
An Exhibition entitled “Agenda” will also be held on the fringe lines of the Forum.
