Science Festivity at the BA

The BA Planetarium Science Center organizes its science festivity for the 16th consecutive year, from 27 – 28 September 2022; 9:00 am – 2:00 pm, on the BA Plaza.
The theme of this year's celebration is "Animal Kingdom", and is presented as a public festival that allows audiences of all age groups and different cultural backgrounds to walk around the "Science Village", which is specifically designed as a scientific village that includes exhibitors from universities, cultural, scientific and academic institutions, as well as public and private schools. Exhibitors introduce activities, experiments, lectures and interactive scientific games that contribute to explaining the theme of the celebration in a simplified and interesting way.
This year's celebration comes within the framework of the strategy launched by the Planetarium Science Center to raise awareness about the importance of preserving the basic elements of the environment, which contribute to its effective balance. This strategy is adopted in light of the global challenges of climate change and environmental pollution, which necessitate a move towards more sustainable resources to help address these issues.
