“Discover and Express” an Exhibition for the Visually Impaired at the BA

Alexandria— The BA Taha Hussein Library for the Blind and Visually Impaired is organizing on Monday, 7 July 2008 an exhibition entitled “Discover and Express” by a group of visually impaired children from El Nour Girls School for the Visually Impaired under the supervision of Dr. Fifi Zalat, Art Education Teacher for Children with Special Needs.

The Exhibition will be inaugurated by Dr. Sohair Wastawy, BA Chief Librarian, and Ms Lamia Abdel Fattah, Head of the BA Specialized Libraries, followed by a celebration honoring the children participating in the Exhibition.

The Celebration will also include a theatrical performance entitled Le Malade imaginaire (The Imaginary Invalid) by Moliere, presented by Beit El-Neama Center for Visually Impaired. At the end of the celebration, Dr. Fifi Zalat will give an address, followed by the opening of the Exhibition.

The Celebration will start at 11:30 am at the BA Conference Center, Small Theater.
