The BA Participates in Kuwait International Book Fair

Alexandria—The BA participates in the 34th round of the Kuwait International Book Fair, held from 28 October to 7 November 2009, with a collection of its various publications and CDs.

The collection includes BA most recent publications, for example: Commentary Manuscripts; The History of Writing; Bulaq Press; Imam Muhammad Abduh: A Century Since his Death; Rhythm and Verses; the third issue of Abgadiyat; Cairo`s Photographic Memory; Cinema and Modernity; Sadat as a President; How to Read the Ancient Egyptian Language; Media, Democracy and Social Responsibility; and The Journey of Writing. The BA will also make the catalogue Al-Arabi available to the public in the Fair. The catalogue was published on the 50th anniversary of the Kuwaiti magazine Al-Arabi.

It is worth mentioning that as many as 522 publishing houses from 24 countries, including 13 Arab countries, will participate in the Kuwait International Book Fair, which will also host several cultural activities.
