The BA Center for Documentation of Cultural and Natural Heritage (CULTNAT) and Sinnari House organized a workshop for schoolchildren entitled “Professions and Trades in Ancient Egypt” on Monday, 22 August 2022, at Sinnari House in Cairo.

The workshop focused on the professions and trades in ancient Egypt, both theoretically and practically, and demonstrated the important trades which ancient Egyptians relied upon to build their civilization that contributed to the progress of humankind with its sciences and arts.

Through this workshop, children were introduced to the wall paintings that depicted the crafts in ancient Egypt, and colored models of them. They also created clay models of artisans and some tools that were used by ancient Egyptians at that time.
