Applications of Quantum Intelligence for Building a Sustainable Knowledge Society and Enhancing Human Well-Being

Using Quantum Intelligence as a transformative power contributing to building a knowledge society that fosters innovation, creativity, digital transformation and artificial intelligence, and harnesses the next generation of quantum computation to deliver innovative solutions to address humanity’s major challenges (mitigating climate change, improving the quality of health and education, securing sustainable energy, etc.).

Applying for the Award

    Nominations must be submitted through institutions operating in the scientific, literary, or artistic fields.


  • Shape

    These institutions include universities, scientific research centers, art and science academies, and regional and international science associations relevant to the Award’s domain.

  • Shape

    Nominations must be made through a nomination letter addressed to the Award Administration, accompanied by the reasons for the nomination, the nominee’s CV, a copy of their passport, and their consent to the nomination.

  • Shape

    Nomination documents must be uploaded to the Award’s Online Platform and a hard copy is sent to the headquarters of the Bibliotheca Alexandrina.


  • Shape

    The Bibliotheca Alexandrina reserves the right to withhold the Award if its conditions are not fulfilled. The BA also reserves the right to grant the Award jointly to two winners, based on the decisions of the Judging Committees and the approval of the Award’s Higher Committee.
