Born in Amman, Jordan on 27 April 1948. Educated at University of Manchester, UK, 1968-74: BSc Hons in Physics, 1971; PhD, Theoretical Physics, 1974.
Director of Studies & Programs, Arab Thought Forum, and Advisor to HRH Prince El Hassan bin Talal, 1999 to date. Professor of Physics, University of Jordan, 1986 to date.
