Abstract:
After outlining the role of ICT in education and recent policy reforms in the sector, including those related to ICT in education, examples are given of how the ICT applications in 7 projects are helping the Tanzanian government to reach some of its educational goals. This report aims to give a realistic impression of how the 7 projects evolved, including what worked, what did not work, and their impact so far.
