Abstract:
This issue of Exchange focuses on promises and concerns with regards to new HIV prevention technologies, both existing and under study. An article on male circumcision highlights the promises and challenges of this new HIV prevention technology, which was officially endorsed by the WHO and UNAIDS in March 2007.
