Abstract:
Reporting from the World Science Forum, Hanns Neubert senses a sea change in attitudes towards the role of science in reducing poverty. In this article, Neubert explains that strategies are needed to integrate science and technology into development planning, including international collaboration, information exchange and sharing best practices.
