Abstract:
December 2008 saw the birth of the Africa Biogas Partnership Programme (ABPP). The Directorate General for International Cooperation - the Netherlands (DGIS) provides funds to support the national biogas programmes in six African countries: Ethiopia, Kenya, Tanzania, Uganda, Burkina Faso, and Senegal. This document is the Programme Implementation Document (PID) for Tanzania. This PID provides details on the scope, activities, institutional set-up, and related budget.
