Abstract:
This report discusses a study on Civil Society Organisations’ (CSO) experiences with Poverty Reduction Strategy Papers (PRSP) and Heavily Indebted Poor Country (HIPC) monitoring. The report includes information on how monitoring structures are set up, how they can contribute to empowerment of local communities and how they deliver data to engage in national lobby and advocacy activities.
