Abstract:
This paper analyzes the theoretical framework of economic peace, and provides an assessment of the economic peace theory that influences Netanyahu’s economic policy towards Palestine and the extent to
which the theory is applicable to the Israeli-Palestinian conflict. In addition, the role of economics in peace building is assessed, and the extent to which Israel’s policies and practice can be considered as conductive to peace.
