Script Panel

Arabic Calligraphy is considered as one of the most prominent of artistic ingeniuty of the Arabs. It was first a method of learning and communication, but it developed and reached its perfection and beauty; and became an art that is embodied in many scripts, like Kufi, Thuluth, Roka'a, Naskh and Diwani.

This script panel represents the first part of a Quranic verse from surat Aal Imran, traditionally written on the mihrabs of mosques. The verse is written by Sultan Mahmoud III.
