Abstract: In 2007, PSO conducted research into the use of the PSO Quality Fund for quality improvement by its member organizations and the results thereof for capacity building in the South. It was found that quality was defined differently according to the situation. Instead of attempting to draw firm conclusions it was deemed more productive to develop 12 so-called Quality Fund Cards.
