Annenberg/CPB is a partnership between The Annenberg Foundation and the Corporation for Public Broadcasting (CPB). Offers a directory of organizations in the field of math and science teaching with a brief information on each one and a list of projects and researches conducted mainly in the USA aiming to refine and improve mathematics and science education. Also offers a free satellite channel arranged and searchable by grade level, subject, title and date.

Association for the Education of Teachers of Science (AETS)
The site of the Association reflects its several efforts towards the professional development of science teachers. It publishes standards, meeting proceedings, a newsletter, it also provides links to selected web resources and similar organization.

Center for Improved Engineering & Science Education (CIESE)
This website aims to improve student's learning in mathematics and science using integrated technologies. Contains several programs to be used in classrooms in which students perform experiments, make conclusions. Provides educational links, courses, resources for teachers, workshops, links to schools network.

The Center's mission is to "enhance lifelong learning and teaching through the effective role of technology". The website includes links and document on professional development, application of technology-based tools to enhance learning and teaching in K-12 settings. Also provides services, products, research intended to serve teachers and administrators.

Center for Instructional Development and Research (CIDR)
CIDR tries to support the university community in achieving excellence in teaching and learning, through the providing of consulting on teaching and learning, and a selection of web resources and teaching aids. The website provides consultation about planning and teaching classes in various areas of knowledge among which Math and Science classes.

Eisenhower Consortium for Mathematics and Science Education
Funded by the U. S. Department of Education, Institute of Education Sciences, include links to SERVE publications , educational organizations and calendar of upcoming events and training programs to support science and mathematics education improvement especially in the Southeast of USA.

National Science Educational Standards (an e-book)
This e-book is an inclusive guide for a whole set of science teaching-related standards, including science teaching standards, professional development standards, assessment standards, science content standards, as well as issues on teacher involvement, planning curricula, data analysis and much more. The book also includes a selected bibliography after each chapter.

NCTM Illuminations

Physics Teacher Education Coalition (PhysTEC)

TERC: Science and Math Teaching
In an attempt to improve teaching and learning of Science & Math, TERC's website (a leading education research and development organization) is working on several areas such as curriculum development, research, professional development, school reform and informal learning. The website provides educational materials, including curricula, softwares, videos, staff development materials, teachers resources and web-based tools, in addition to research papers and conference reports. TERC also publishes the Hands On! Magazine which is a semiannually publication that reports on the TERC various activities.

A list of RBS publications is also available on the site. This section of the site is dedicated for science and mathematics education.

The ShowMe Project
Provides information and resources needed to support selection and implementation of standards-based middle grades mathematics curricula. Develops curricula for teachers and students of Math and holds conferences and workshops.

Wisconsin Center for Education Research (WCER)
One of the most important education research centers in the world. Includes research centers and projects that investigates a variety of topics and issues in education, including science and math education, teaching and learning improvement, educational policies and outreach programs.
