Here’s the other big element. A very interesting story that happened right here in Pittsburgh about a patient in Health America who was 53 years old and came down with metastatic colorectal cancer. Apparently Health America had something written in their rules that you’re supposed to offer screening to everyone once they reach age 50. This guy went to his doctor at Health America and sued them, saying “No one offered me screening at age 50.” There’s millions and millions of people out there like that. But they called in a GI guy who I know, a screening expert, who said that if they had screened him three years earlier it would have made a difference. They awarded six million dollars to the family. If you want to change provider behavior, that’s one way to do it. I can tell you that CMI as it’s now called is all over this as a colorectal cancer screening initiative. In fact our latest project is very much built on that.
