Holding a Ph.D. in English Language and Literature from the University of Alexandria, Naglaa has taught a wide range of courses on Drama, Comparative Literature, Western Civilization, Literary Appreciation, Cultural Studies, Translation, and Language of the Media at the English Department at the University of Alexandria (Egypt) and Beirut Arab University (Lebanon) and at the TAFL Center at the University of Alexandria. Her research interests cover Postcolonial Literature, Comparative and Cultural Studies, and Modern Drama.
