The Exhibition «Typographie Arabicae», organized by the University Library for Languages and Civilizations Studies (BULAC), was also held in Cairo’s Book Fair, in 2019.
Curators : Fanny Gillet, Alain Massaoudi, and Perin Emel Yavuz (ARVIMM – Research Group on Visual Arts of the Muslim World, Maghreb, and the Middle East, 19th – 20th centuries), in cooperation with Clea Hance and Sixtine de Thé.
The exhibition is enriched by a selection of documents from the special collection of the Bibliotheca Alexandrina Rare Books Library and the Writing and Scripts Center.
The opening will take place on Wednesday, 11 September 2019, at 3 p.m, at the Bibliotheca Alexandrina Conference Center, East Exhibition Hall. The Exhibition will be open untill Sunday, 6 October 2019
