InWEnt Regional Alumni Conference flights

InWEnt made the arrangements that Flights for Invited Alumni will be booked centrally in Bonn, Germany. Few Alumni had made their own flight arrangements.  

Flight booked by InWEnt

 Retain your Electronic Ticket and make sure that your arrival departure dates coincide with your hotel booking on the previous page. For any wrong data, send an e-mail to Ms. Riham Abdel Hamid  (riham.abdelhamid@bibalex.org)

Changes to these flight data will not be covered by InWEnt. It will be the responsibility of the Traveler to cover the cost of any changes made to the original ticket booked by InWEnt.

 Flight booked by Alumni

The Few Alumni who arranged for their own flights and were not booked by InWEnt will be reimbursed. You will need to present the following documents at the Refund Desk near the Registration Desk at Bibliotheca Alexandrina

1-      Copy of the Original Ticket

2-      Invoice of purchase

3-      Boarding pass for the arrival flight

You will be refunded the amount of the flight in Egyptian Pounds (EGP).
