Seminar: “Scientific Research and Digital Transformation: Challenges and Opportunities”

The BA Center for Special Studies and Programs organized yesterday, 13 May 2024, a seminar entitled “Scientific Research and Digital Transformation: Challenges and Opportunities”, with the participation of Dr. Yousry El-Gamal, former Minister of Education, and a group of university professors and specialists.
Dr. Marwa El-Wakeel, Head of the BA Academic Research Sector, stressed that the BA attaches great importance to issues related to scientific research and knowledge. She also noted that scientific research is experiencing significant changes worldwide, including the emergence of modern technology and digital change, which broke new ground in the expansion of knowledge, faster data analysis, and the drawing of accurate conclusions.
For his part, Dr. Yousry El-Gamal said that digital transformation is among the key issues that currently preoccupy scientific research in the world. He pointed out that the great technological development has contributed to providing massive opportunities for researchers to obtain the largest amount of information that helps them complete their research.
