The BA General Collections and Services Department is organizing this introductory seminar which will be led by Major General Atef Yacoub, Chairperson of the Consumer Protection Agency (CPA).
The seminar will revolve around the role of the CPA in protecting consumers in Egypt and raising their awareness by enforcing the consumer protection laws and regulations, in coordination with the different state authorities, and communicating with the citizens.
