The BA in Cooperation with the Italian Piccolo Theater

Ambassador Taher Khalifa, Head of the External Relations Sector at the Bibliotheca Alexandrina (BA), signed the agreement with the Piccolo Theater, Milan, Italy on 17 December 2004. A ceremony was held for this occasion, with Gianni Martini, Italian Consul General; Sergio Escobar, Director of the Piccolo Theater in Milan and Roberto Ruozi, President of the Piccolo Theater, in attendance.
The agreement includes clauses on cooperation between BA and the Piccolo Theater in future exhibitions, manuscript reproduction projects and the publishing of a catalog of all Piccolo Theater posters between 1947 and 2004, as well as linking the websites of both the Theater and BA.
