• The minimum number of persons for running a show is 10 persons.
• Arrival should be 15 minutes before the scheduled show time.
• Tickets for non-Egyptians are EGP 25.
• For Egyptians, an additional EGP 5 is required for English headphones.

• Reservations are to be made at least two weeks in advance.
• Confirmation by paying a 50% deposit is to be made at least four days before the visit.
• Cancellation has to be made at least 2 days before the show; otherwise deposits will not be refunded.
• Arrival should be 30 minutes before the show; otherwise the reservation will be cancelled and deposits will not be refunded.
• Shows can be run in English instead of Arabic but not for a reservation of less than 80 persons.

Notes:

• Every group of 25 to 80 persons is entitled to two additional free tickets.
• Every group of more than 80 persons is entitled to three additional free tickets.

• The entire planetarium theater should be reserved in advance for video panorama, live or laser shows.
• Half the planetarium theater should be reserved in case of IMAX shows.
• An additional EGP 5 will be added to the price of each ticket.
• The reserved show can be changed but only to a higher category and not vice versa.

• Children less than six years of age are not admitted.
• Food and drinks are not allowed inside the Planetarium.
• Smoking is not allowed inside the Planetarium.
• All mobile phones are to be switched off during the show.
• Photography and recording are not allowed during the show.
