This lecture will present the recent discoveries of the German archaeological mission working at the Ptolemaic temple of Athribis in Egypt. The lecture will focus on the archaeological and topographical aspects of the work as well as the newly discovered inscriptions on the walls of the temple. Marcus Muller, the field director of the mission, will be presenting the work on behalf of the team of Tübingen University.
