Leadership Skills and Project Management in a Workshop

Posted on

Alexandria — the BA is organizing on Tuesday, 1 August 2006, two workshops on the concept, objectives, and different kinds of leadership; the second on the definition, elements, and scientific steps of project management.

Leadership is inspiring individuals to do their best to achieve the aspired results. Leadership also includes leading individuals to the right path, ensuring their commitment, and encouraging them to achieve the objectives. Different projects include a series of activities designed to lead to certain results within a certain budget and a certain context. Each project should have a starting point, a deadline, and certain objectives to be realized. The elements of success in any project should include drawing a vision, setting objectives, determining project activities, and allocating project resources.

The workshop will start at 8:00 hrs at the West Hall, BA Conference Center.
