Serageldin Speaks in “Les Grandes Conferences” in Geneva

Alexandria—Dr. Ismail Serageldin, Director of the Library of Alexandria, is invited to be this month’s speaker at “Les Grandes Conferences”, a series of monthly lectures held by the University of Geneva in celebration of its 450th anniversary. He will give a lecture entitled “Reinventing the Cultural Centers of the Twenty-first Century” on 24 March 2009 to a 1000 plus audience comprising university professors and students of all disciplines, school teachers and secondary school students, members of international organizations and committed citizens.
