The BA Received Book Donations from Several Saudi Cultural Institutions

Alexandria— The BA received lately several donations ranging from rare books, encyclopedias, and CDs from several cultural institutions in Saudi Arabia, on top of which is King Fahd National Library.

Dr. Sohair Wastawy, Head of Library Services Sector, stated that the collection of books included: Basics of Electronic Information Retrieval Systems; Modern, Printed, Automated Book Catalogues; Lexicon of Ancient Aramaic Languages; Improper Behavior of Library Users; Brief Catalogue: Manuscripts of the Holy Shrine Library- Part II; and Administrative Documentation in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Athniniyyat al-Na'im al-Thaqafiyya in Al-Ahsa , one of the most important cultural institution in Saudi Arabia, also donated a collection of books in the fields of arts and culture to the BA. Dr. Abdel Malek bin Abdullah bin Dahish, Former Director of Girls' Education Department, donated a collection of 59 books to the BA.
