BioVisionAlexandria is held every even year, and alternates with its sister conference, The World Life Sciences Forum, BioVision, which takes place every odd year in Lyon, France.

The overriding theme of the 2006 conference is Changing Lives. The aim is to efficiently tackle the arousing challenges of the 21st century with regards to life sciences, an aim regarded as the cornerstone for further community improvement in all facets of life.

The conference will be attended by the experts of highest caliber and Nobel laureates, distinguished keynote speakers, Ministers of Health and Agriculture, and eminent scientists from the four corners of the globe to establish constructive dialogues on topics such as Health, Food and Agriculture, Industry and Environment as well as exchange prominent information relevant to the Biotechnology field.
