Papers and Presentations submission


What is a "paper"?
A substantial piece of academic writing, usually done as a requirement for a class, in which the author does independent research into a topic and writes a description of the findings of that research. It contains original research results or reviews existing results or show a totallynew invention which then is published in academic journals.

 

What are the Submission Rules forAcademic Papers?

  • One time Submission is allowed for each Academic paper.
  • Equal submission chances for Original work and new work.
  • Submit authentic Academic papers that have not been presented previously and are not undergoing presentation procedures.
  • Submit no previously published academic papers and no papers that are still undergoing publishing procedures.
  • AFTER the submission deadline, changes in the paper title, abstract, authorship, and actual paper are prohibited.   

 

Formatting Your Paper
To Guarantee the acceptance for your paper to be reviewed, please follow these formatting  guidelines. Papers that are not prepared according to these formatting instructions will NOT be reviewed.

  • Fit your entire paper (title page in Title Case, abstract, main text, figures, graphs, tables, references, etc.) in ONE document.
  • Create your document in one of the following compatible formats:
    • Adobe Portable Document Format (.pdf)
    • Microsoft Word (.doc, .docx)
    • Rich Text Format (.rtf)
  • The length of the whole document should not exceed 40 pages (including title page and all figures, graphs, tables, appendices, and references).
  • Use Times New Roman 12-point font, double spaced, 1-inch (2.5 cm) margin all around, and A4 paper size. References may be single spaced.
  • Numbering  all of the pages of the paper is very important.
  • ALL AUTHOR-IDENTIFYING INFORMATION should be removed from the uploaded document for a bias and fair blind review .
  • The author information provided will appear in the printed and online Program.
