New Book Donations from BA Friends

A forty foot container carrying 22,000 books has arrived safely to the BA last week.
This generous donation was the result of the kind efforts of the Minnesota Friends of the Bibliotheca Alexandrina, together with Books for Africa Organization, an American-based non-governmental organization (NGO).
This is their second donation of 22,000 books within less than two years.
The books have been unpacked and are now waiting to be catalogued and placed on the shelves for the public.
