The BA Center for Strategic Studies announces a call for papers for its Ninth Strategic Dossier: Perceptual Wars and the Future of New Wars: Mind Engineering and Algorithmic Sovereignty in the Digital Age, edited by Dr. Mahmoud Ezzat and researcher Riham Salah Khafagy.
This initiative stems from the BA’s pioneering and enlightening role in keeping pace with complex global transformations, and as a bulwark for preserving national identity and promoting awareness. The Center for Strategic Studies has undertaken the task of researching and raising awareness about the concept of “perceptual wars,” taking proactive and effective steps that have been reflected in a series of research, academic, and awareness-raising initiatives.
Deadline for submitting full papers: 1 September 2026.
Research papers are accepted in Arabic.
