Iraqi Minister of Transportation Visits BA

Mr. Wahab Salman Al-Hassani, Iraqi Minister of Transportation, and his accompanying delegation have visited the Bibliotheca Alexandrina to learn about its cultural and intellectual resources, as well as its digital and technological projects, exhibitions, and museums.
The delegation was received by Heba El-Rafey, Acting Head of the BA External Relations and Media Sector, on behalf of Library Director Dr. Ahmed Zayed. She accompanied the guests on a tour during which they were introduced to the Library and its various sectors, and presented the Minister with a copy of the book The Photographic Memory of Alexandria.
