Tareq Al Nasser from Jordan at BA International Summer Festival

As part of the 15th International Summer Festival program, Jordanian musician Tareq Al Nasser is going to hold a concert on Thursday, 13 July 2017 at 8:30 pm at the BA Great Hall.
Al Nasser is a Jordanian musician, composer, and arranger famous for his innovative sound. He established Rum Group in 1998, which is an independent and a visionary musical group that performed in various national and international festivals worldwide. He then founded Al Nasser Studio for recording music in Oman. Al Nasser gained his fame through the soundtracks he composed for Syrian TV series, combining the spirit of Arabic music with the sounds of Western instruments. He launched his first album in 2000.
Maestro Hisham Gabr, Director of the BA Arts Center, expressed his pleasure and delight over welcoming Al Nasser to the BA. He also emphasized that the youth has become increasingly interested in the music presented by artists like Omar Khairat, Al Nasser, and others, which indicates that the musical taste of today’s youth has greatly developed.
Concert tickets are available at the BA ticket booth from Sunday to Thursday from 11:00 am to 7:00 pm and on Friday and Saturday from 2:00 to 9:00 pm.
