Belarus Presents a Collection of Miniature Books to the BA

Dr. Ahmed Zayed, Director of the Bibliotheca Alexandrina, received H.E. Sergei Terentiev, Ambassador of Belarus to Egypt, and his accompanying delegation, to celebrate a donation of miniature books presented to the BA by the National Library of Belarus.
Dr. Zayed stated that this donation marks the 30th anniversary of the Egyptian-Belarusian diplomatic relations, while highlighting the strong and extended relations between the two countries, which include several domains such as trade, culture and education.
He also mentioned that this donation is rich and diverse, and expressed his hope that it will be the beginning of further cooperation and cultural exchange between both parties.
At the end of the visit, Dr. Zayed presented the book Al Orman Botanical Garden (a BA publication) to Mr. Terentiev.
