Seminar: “Together We Build Stability: Towards a More Cohesive Family”

The BA Women Studies and Social Transformation Program, in collaboration with the National Council for Women—Alexandria Branch, is organizing a seminar titled “Together We Build Stability: Towards a More Cohesive Family,” as part of their joint efforts to raise community awareness of family issues and support family stability. The event will take place on Sunday, 3 May 2026, from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm, at the BA Conference Center – Multipurpose Hall.

The seminar will feature a distinguished panel of experts, including Prof. Lamiaa Osman, Acting Dean of the Faculty of Early Childhood Education; Dr. Hagar Marai, family relations expert and mental health consultant; and Dr. Omnia Bakry, Head of the Public Relations and Advertising Department at Alexandria Media Institute.

The seminar will address a number of topics related to the family’s role in achieving social stability through highlighting the importance of healthy family communication and the impact of social media on family relationships.
