Workshop: “Women and Inspirational Leadership: A Leader Despite the Challenges”

The BA Women Studies and Social Transformation Program organizes a workshop entitled “Women and Inspirational Leadership: A Leader Despite the Challenges” from 27-30 July 2026, at 11:00 am, in the Auditorium Hall, BA Main Entrance.
The workshop aims to empower women and enhance their leadership skills by discussing a range of key topics, including leadership concepts and self-awareness, modern leadership theories, ethical leadership and social responsibility, as well as communication skills, emotional intelligence, and conflict resolution.
It also provides an interactive space that enriches knowledge and supports the exchange of experiences, with the aim of preparing female leaders capable of influencing and bringing about change in various fields.
The workshop will be led by certified trainer Ms. Minas Ahmed Sadek, who has extensive experience in training and capacity building for young leaders and women.
Please note that the registration deadline is Wednesday, 22 July 2026. Applicants will receive a phone call from a Women Studies Program staff member or a text message via WhatsApp, and the final list of participants will be selected.
