President Adly Mansour Receives BA Recommendations on Economy and Education

On Tuesday 11 February 2014, President Adly Mansour met with Dr. Ismail Serageldin, Director of the Library of Alexandria, and Ambassador Aly Maher, and received two notes dealing with the reform of the economy and the educational system.
The President also reviewed the important role that the Library of Alexandria can and should play on the maintenance of enlightened values, promotion of pluralism, dialogue and understanding.
The President was also briefed about the cutting edge work being done by the staff of the Library, and the decisions pending before the Board of Trustees of the Library in the months ahead. It is to be noted that the President chairs the Board of Trustees of the Library.
