The lecture will discuss the historical link between Egypt and kiswet Al-Kaaba. During the age of the Mamluks, the kiswa was made in Egypt and then transported to Makkah.The lecture will be presented by Dr. Abdel Monem el-Adawy, an assistant professor of Modern History at Al-Azhar University, Zagazig Branch.
