The exhibition presents a number of items, unveiled for the very first time, that depict Alexandria during the 18th century, including a rare manuscript, written by a Belgian artist, that was discovered among the belongings of King Farouk of Egypt and was acquired by the BA after researcher Hossam Abdel Baset had examined it.
