The BA Antiquities Museum organizes a seminar entitled “Egyptian Antiquities in Japan”, on Tuesday, 25 June 2019, at 1.00 pm, in the BACC Meeting Room (C). The seminar is delivered by Abdel-Rahman Younis Zidan, Editor-in-Chief of Egypt’s Official Magazine in Japan; and Dr. Hamdy El Sorogy, Lecturer of Archeology and Ancient Egyptian Civilization, at the Faculty of Arts, Tanta University.
The seminar touches upon efforts exerted to encourage the Japanese to visit Egypt and enjoy its civilization and cultural heritage. It is worth noting that Japanese museums host 142 pieces of Egyptian antiquity exhibited via cutting-edge museum techniques.
