Science Festivity 2011

The BA Planetarium Science Center holds the fifth annual Science Festivity entitled “When Science Becomes Yours!” on Sunday, 10 April 2011.
 

The Science Festivity is a huge public event that gives science a presence in the community and offers people of all ages and backgrounds the opportunity to question, discuss, and explore. This year’s theme is “Science and Scientists”, to highlight their significant role in economic development.
 

As part of the Festivity, Dr. Farouk El-Baz, Research Professor and Director of the Center for Remote Sensing at Boston University, gives a lecture entitled “The Development Corridor and the Future of Egypt” at 18:00 hrs.
