“Human Heritage and Human Building” in a Seminar at CULTNAT

The BA Center for Documentation of Cultural and Natural Heritage (CULTNAT), in cooperation with the Ministry of Awqaf, organized a seminar entitled "Culture and Human Building - Preserving Human Heritage” on Sunday, 24 September 2023.
The seminar was inaugurated by Dr. Al-Shaimaa Al-Demerdash, Director of the Heritage Books Project, with the participation of Dr. Loaay Mahmoud, Director of the BA Center for Coptic Studies; Dr. Ayman Soliman, Director of the Center for Documentation of Cultural and Natural Heritage (CULTNAT); and Mr. Mohamed El-Qassim, BA Editor, in the presence of researchers and imams from Al-Azhar, the Ministry of Awqaf and Dar al-Ifta.
At the end of the event, the participants toured the Center for Documentation of Cultural and Natural Heritage to learn about its achievements and the most significant projects it has documented since its establishment. They were also introduced to augmented reality technologies by attending cultural panorama (culturama) shows that display the various phases of Egyptian civilization.
