Memorandum of Understanding in the field of Digital Documentation of Heritage

The BA Affiliated Center of Documentation of the Cultural and Natural Heritage (CULTNAT) in Cairo has signed on 19 July a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Fraunhofer Institute for Telecommunication in Germany in the field of documentation of heritage using multimedia tools.
The MoU was signed by Dr. Fathi Saleh, CULTNAT Director, and Dr. Hans-Joachin Grallet, Managing Director of Fraunhofer.
The MoU seeks to promote international collaboration and sharing of experiences and success stories between different countries and institutions, since Fraunhofer is one of the largest application oriented research institution in Europe.
