Conclusion of the "Green Universities for a Better Future" Project at the BA

The BA Sustainable Development Studies, Youth Capacity Building, and African Relations Support Program is concluding the "Green Universities for a Better Future" project, in cooperation with the Faculty of Pharmacy, Alexandria University, Earth’s Climate for Sustainable Development Foundation, and the GEF Small Grants Program.
The closing ceremony will take place on Saturday, 16 May 2026, at 12:00 pm, in the Delegates Hall of the BA Conference Center.
The “Green Universities for a Better Future” was launched last May and is among the projects funded by the GEF Small Grants Program to promote climate action and integrate sustainability principles into university education. It aspires to transform the Faculty of Pharmacy at Alexandria University into a leading model for a green college.
The BA Sustainable Development Studies Program is on the project’s advisory board.
